Steadman Hub have partnered exclusively with a big name in the marketing world. They do amazing work across various marketing channels from digital to in-person events. They are now on the lookout for someone to join the business and take ownership over the execution of their marketing campaigns. This is a hybrid role where you'll not only be responsible for their digital channels, but also have ownership over the HubSpot and marketing automation functions.

You will take responsibility over the creation, planning and delivery of outbound digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to optimise engagement and conversion. This role supports specific partnership objectives and will run-in collaboration with overarching business goals. You’ll ensure they work towards a growth mindset, continuously testing and learning how best to engage with their audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the marketing automation campaign strategy for the identified launch shows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practice.
  • Lead the design and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies to maximise campaign performance.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies to improve campaign efficiency and reporting.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM (HubSpot)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex, data-driven campaign strategies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML/CSS, or other technical skills to customise campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, events, or SaaS industries.
