Steadman Hub are the UK's leading HubSpot recruitment agency and have partnered with a rapidly growing business within the health care sector, who are looking to hire a HubSpot CRM Executive, to work very closely with the Head of Revenue Operations with a focus on the optimisation of the HubSpot CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain all aspects of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Build and manage workflows, automations, sequences, lists, and properties.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create lead scoring models, nurture journeys, and campaign setups.
  • Manage user permissions, roles, and data governance across teams.
  • Monitor and improve data hygiene, deduplication, and segmentation processes.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience, administering the HubSpot CRM.
  • Ideally, you would have experience across Sales, Service and Marketing Hub.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Experience working with JavaScript would be highly advantageous.
