As the HubSpot Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored CRM solutions. You’ll work closely with marketing, onboarding, and technical teams to ensure prospects receive expert guidance and a seamless experience from first contact through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and propose HubSpot-based solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline forecasting

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, within SaaS or CRM background
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot’s product suite and its business applications
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear, consultative manner
  • Results-driven with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused agency environment
