As a HubSpot Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping, deploying, and refining HubSpot solutions that elevate their marketing, sales, and service performance. You’ll work closely with strategists, developers, and automation experts to deliver high-impact projects that generate measurable results. This is an exceptional role for a hands-on HubSpot expert who thrives in a consultancy setting and enjoys tackling complex challenges for ambitious clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand business processes and HubSpot needs.
  • Design, implement, and optimise HubSpot portals across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Build automation workflows, dashboards, and reports to improve client performance.
  • Provide expert training, guidance, and ongoing consultancy to ensure successful adoption.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Demonstrable experience delivering HubSpot projects within an Elite or Diamond HubSpot agency or consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities, with the skill to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • HubSpot certifications and hands-on experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, or custom APIs).
