As the HubSpot CRM Manager, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s CRM ecosystem - building, managing, and optimising HubSpot to deliver exceptional customer journeys across marketing, sales, and service. You’ll partner closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and customer success teams to ensure the CRM supports both commercial performance and customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the company’s HubSpot CRM across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Develop end-to-end customer journeys, automation workflows, and lifecycle campaigns to increase engagement and retention.
- Own CRM segmentation, data quality, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
- Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices and ensure consistent adoption across departments.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM in a B2C or D2C environment, ideally within wellness, fitness, retail, or e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot functionality, including automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and customer teams.
- HubSpot certifications and experience integrating HubSpot with e-commerce platforms or customer apps (e.g., Shopify, Zapier).
