Steadman Hub have partnered with a growing manufacturing organisation who specialise in building and supplying furniture to a number of businesses internationally. They are now on the lookout for a HubSpot CRM Manager to join on a contract basis.
As a HubSpot CRM Manager, you will own the optimisation and development of their portal, from building workflows, to integrating 3rd party apps - you will consultant internally aligning CRM growth with the wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM platform.
- Design and implement automation workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and segmentation strategies to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and ongoing support to drive successful adoption across internal teams.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and optimising HubSpot CRM.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs (experience with Service Hub is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical CRM capabilities into clear business value.
- HubSpot certifications and experience integrating with third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Salesforce, or custom APIs).
