Steadman Hub have partnered with a high growth professional services organisation who are industry leaders in providing business support and solutions across a number of sectors. They are looking to undertake a major digital transformation initiative and are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Manager to take the lead.
As an existing HubSpot customer, your role as their CRM Manager will be to go in and completely rebuild their HubSpot portal from the ground up. HubSpot acts as their lead engine so bringing experience revolutionising HubSpot is key. You will liaise with wider business teams, understanding key pain points and building solutions for those. Adoption also plays a major part to this role, meaning you will need to be consultative and approachable in your day-to-day to ensure HubSpot best practise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise their HubSpot portal across Sales, Marketing, and Content Hubs
- Build and automate workflows, ensuring optimal CRM efficiency
- Ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance across the system
- Lead adoption initiatives within the business, promoting HubSpot best practice
Experience and Qualifications:
- Past experience managing a HubSpot portal across Sales and Marketing Hubs is a minimum (additional Hubs like Service, and Data is highly beneficial)
- Experience working within a professional services background like finance, legal, and business consulting is preferre
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Previous experience focusing on improving HubSpot adoption is important
