Steadman Hub have partnered exclusively with a leader in the agriculture space, who work alongside businesses to boost their sustainability practises across the entire business operation.
They are looking for a CRM Manager (HubSpot) to take ownership across their entire CRM function. HubSpot is their product of choice and it acts as a central source of business process improvements, integrations, and marketing automation. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure HubSpot is fully optimised to deliver seamless user journeys, actionable insights, and scalable automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM platform.
- Design and implement automation workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs.
- Build dashboards, reports, and segmentation strategies to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption across teams.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing & optimising HubSpot CRM in a fast-paced organisation, ideally within education or tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs (Service Hub is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical CRM capabilities into business impact.
- HubSpot certifications and experience integrating with third-party platforms (e.g. Zapier, Salesforce, custom APIs).
