Steadman Hub is working with an organisation within the non-profit sector that is seeking to hire a HubSpot CRM Manager to become part of their expanding team. The organisation is currently enhancing its CRM capabilities and are looking for this person to take lead on the ongoing development of HubSpot.

As a HubSpot CRM Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the organisation’s HubSpot ecosystem, leading strategic enhancements across the business. Partnering closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams, you will ensure HubSpot is fully optimised from automation and workflows, to user management, and business-wide adoption. This presents an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HubSpot specialist to join and own a growing HubSpot portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic growth and administration of the HubSpot CRM platform.
  • Create and build automation workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and segmentation approaches to support data-led decision-making.
  • Deliver training and continuous support to encourage successful adoption across internal teams.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and enhancing HubSpot CRM.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs (experience with Service Hub is advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical CRM functionality into clear business benefits.
  • HubSpot certifications and experience integrating with third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Salesforce, or APIs).
