Steadman Hub have partnered alongside a major leisure and hospitality organisation who are on the lookout for a HubSpot CRM Manager. They specialise in providing cutting edge tech solutions to hospitality organisations, becoming a leader in that industry.
They on the lookout for a HubSpot CRM Manager to join their ranks on managing, maintaining, and optimising HubSpot across the business - ensuring HubSpot acts as an engine for business growth. You will work across workflow automation, data accuracy and GDPR compliance, and support the management of integrations across their wider tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage HubSpot as their core CRM platform, across the full HubSpot suite
- Build and manage workflows, automations, lead scoring models, and nurture journeys
- Manage their contact database, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Work with wider teams to align HubSpot processes with real business processes
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience across HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hub is the minimum)
- Experience handling GDPR compliance, security, and best practise
- Proven record of building effective workflows and automations and lifecycle journeys
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
