Steadman Hub have partnered exclusively with a major tech organisation who are looking to bring in a HubSpot Specialist to take lead on their implementation, migration, and ongoing optimisation of HubSpot.

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will work across the full suite (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs), implementing workflows and automations that streamline business processes. You'll be responsible for implementing lead scoring models, nurture journeys, sales sequences, and much more. You will own the full implementation process from leading discovery and auditing current systems, to configuring HubSpot and training internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Hubs - configuring technical solutions to resolve issues across the organisation
  • Lead discovery across internal teams ensuring pain points are identified, and wider business requirements are accurately mapped
  • Integrate 3rd party applications into HubSpot ensuring a clear data flow between products across their tech stack
  • Train internal users on HubSpot best practise and how to best utilise the tools available

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consulting, preferably HubSpot agency, environment is key
  • Strong technical skillset when it comes to being hands-on with HubSpot across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Hubs
  • Ability to confidently gather requirements and map business needs
  • HubSpot certifications are a bonus
