They are seeking a HubSpot Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, with a particular focus on post-acquisition performance. This role will lead CRM, marketing automation and email strategy, using data and insight to turn traffic into repeat customers. The position plays a key role in shaping digital strategy across multiple channels, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own CRM and marketing automation activity, including customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys and retention campaigns
- Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns, reporting on performance and driving continual improvement
- Analyse website and customer behaviour data to improve conversion, engagement and loyalty
- Manage digital projects and agency relationships (PPC, SEO, web), ensuring alignment with wider marketing goals
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven digital marketing experience with a strong focus on CRM, automation, email and ecommerce
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
- Highly data-driven, with confidence tracking KPIs and translating insight into action
- Strong organisational and communication skills, comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment
