Steadman Hub are working a fast-growing HubSpot agency who help business streamline their Sales, Marketing and Service functions through smart, scalable HubSpot solutions. They are passionate about solving complex business challenges, delivering solutions across a range of industries - bringing a mix of strategy, creativity, and technical expertise to every project.
They're looking for a HubSpot Manager who can lead client discovery and implementations, optimise existing HubSpot portals in a managed service capacity, and consistently delivery value to the customer. You'll act as the primary point of contact for their clients, guiding them through onboarding, automation, and reporting, while working closely with other specialists within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations and onboarding for new and existing clients.
- Design and implement marketing, sales, and service automations and workflows.
- Provide recommendations on strategy to improve CRM usage.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and other internal and external teams to deliver complete solutions.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Must have Marketing, Sales, and Service - other hubs are desirable).
- HubSpot certifications in relevant areas (i.e. Marketing software, RevOps, etc).
- Strong client-facing skills with ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Experience in an HubSpot agency environment (preferably Diamond or Elite).
