Steadman Hub have partnered with an enterprise business with over 10,000 employees worldwide, with HubSpot being the centre of truth for the business across their Sales and Marketing efforts.
This role would be perfect for someone who is looking to join a large enterprise business, with a huge marketing budget to utilise, creating and designing multi-channel campaigns to target specific audiences, whilst remaining hands on with the HubSpot platform, creating dashboards, reports and workflows.
The company have offices across the UK, with the main head quarters being based around the Manchester region, requiring travel into the office 3x a week, paying a salary of up to £45,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategy across the business Lead and oversee the data element of the CRM, dealing with Data cleansing, Data Optimisation and Data Architecture.
- Lead on the creation and design of multi-channel HubSpot campaigns.
- Optimisation of HubSpot CRM (Creating reports, dashboards and workflows).
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and wider team.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of HubSpot experience, across Sales and Marketing Hub as a minimum.
- A proven ability of being able to create multi-channel campaigns through HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis.
- An ability of leading stakeholder meetings, gathering requirements from internal stakeholders.
