The business supports a diverse client base and is continuing to invest in digital transformation to strengthen customer relationships, improve visibility across the funnel, and drive sustainable commercial growth.
They are now looking to hire a HubSpot Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing technology and CRM ecosystem. This role will lead HubSpot CRM and marketing activity end-to-end, managing campaigns across the customer lifecycle while working closely with sales and operations to ensure data, processes and messaging are aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage HubSpot CRM, including data hygiene, pipelines, reporting and lifecycle stages
- Build and execute marketing automation, email campaigns and lead-nurture journeys
- Analyse funnel performance and customer data to improve lead quality, conversion and retention
- Collaborate with sales, operations and external partners to align marketing activity with commercial objectives
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing with hands-on HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub management
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
- Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on KPIs and optimising performance
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment
