Steadman Hub are working alongside a IT business who specialise in data solutions who are on the lookout for a HubSpot Marketing Manager. They need someone experienced with HubSpot who can take ownership over marketing delivery across a variety of channels.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute the strategy, manage the marketing calendar, own HubSpot execution and coordinate our agency partners. The ideal candidate is confident, creative and comfortable working in technical B2B environments. You will work across content creation, CRM and marketing automation, website, Socials, SEO, Events and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HubSpot management, including building and optimising workflows, landing pages, email sequences, lists, and reports, while ensuring accurate tracking, lead nurturing, and contact scoring.
  • Plan and deliver social media content with a primary focus on LinkedIn, introducing new ideas to increase reach, engagement, and strengthen brand voice.
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar, executing integrated multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with the Commercial Director to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans throughout the year.
  • Track and analyse performance across channels, producing regular insight reports using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics to inform optimisation and continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B environment, taking ownership over HubSpot and the marketing cycle.
  • Knowledge around website management (HubSpot CMS, Wordpress, etc)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in managing social channels and event coordination
