Steadman Hub have partnered with an elite, globally recognised HubSpot Agency supporting high-growth tech and SaaS companies with HubSpot implementations, CRM migrations, audits, and optimisation projects. With demand for HubSpot and CRM migrations accelerating, they’re hiring a HubSpot Migration Specialist to lead complex migrations from platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, and other MAPs into HubSpot.
You’ll own end-to-end CRM and HubSpot migration projects, working across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub. Acting as the link between technical delivery and business needs, you’ll scope data models, run discovery workshops, audit legacy CRMs, and ensure secure, accurate, and scalable migrations into HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle HubSpot and CRM migration projects
- Run client discovery workshops and data/process mapping sessions
- Audit legacy CRMs and define HubSpot architecture and migration strategy
- Build and improve repeatable migration frameworks
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales, Marketing, Service & Data Hubs)
- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, or similar CRMs
- Background in a HubSpot agency, consultancy, or CRM implementation role
- Ability to manage multiple migration projects and stakeholders
