Steadman Hub are partnered with a leading HubSpot agency that specialises in delivering, high-impact HubSpot solutions. They combine RevOps driven strategy with deep technical expertise, helping clients by designing and implementing tailored HubSpot portals that drive business growth. With a strong reputation in the market and a continually growing client portfolio, they are now looking to strengthen their pre-sales capability.

They're hiring a Proposals Lead to sit at the core of pre-sales and delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to define solution architecture, translating complex requirements into clear, detailed RFPs and SOWs. Acting as the bridge between client, sales, and technical teams, you’ll ensure solutions are accurately scoped, well communicated, and set up for successful delivery - playing a key role in aligning expectations and driving high-quality HubSpot implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to design scalable, best-practice HubSpot architectures
  • Translate technical solutions into detailed, client-facing RFPs and SOWs
  • Lead pre-sales scoping activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure architectural vision is carried through to implementation

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience within a HubSpot agency in a Solution Architect, pre-sales, or scoping-focused role
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to break down complex solutions clearly
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot across CRM, marketing automation, and integrations
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, stakeholders, and technical teams
