With a product used by organisations across the UK, Europe, and North America, this tech business is known for its innovative platform, strong customer success focus, and data-driven approach to growth. The company is expanding quickly and investing heavily to align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for maximum impact.
As a HubSpot RevOps Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimising the revenue engine - developing efficient processes, improving data integrity, and ensuring seamless alignment across the customer lifecycle. Working closely with commercial leaders, you’ll build scalable systems within HubSpot that empower teams to operate efficiently and make confident, data-backed decisions. This is a prime opportunity for a detail-orientated HubSpot expert who loves solving operational challenges and enabling high-performing go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise HubSpot across the full revenue funnel, ensuring Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operate seamlessly.
- Build and refine automation, lead routing, scoring models, and lifecycle stages to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Develop dashboards and performance insights for senior leadership and commercial teams.
- Provide RevOps expertise and HubSpot training to internal teams to drive adoption and best practice.
Experience & Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role with hands-on HubSpot ownership.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, lifecycle management, and revenue reporting.
- Experience supporting or working within B2B SaaS or a subscription-based business is highly desirable.
- HubSpot certifications and experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Zapier, or data tools).
