Steadman Hub has partnered with an elite HubSpot agency who are looking for a HubSpot Solution Architect. As one of the most advanced HubSpot partners in the UK, this agency delivers CRM strategies and complex technical solutions for growing businesses. The team operates in a fast-paced environment where specialists shape high-impact HubSpot solutions from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll take the lead during pre-sales and solution design phases, acting as the strategic and technical authority behind HubSpot implementations. You’ll work closely with consultants, commercial teams, and technical specialists to design scalable, future-ready HubSpot architectures that align with client goals across Marketing, Sales, and Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-sales scoping, discovery sessions, and solution design for complex HubSpot projects.
  • Produce high-level and detailed solution architectures, including data models and integration plans.
  • Advise delivery teams to ensure execution aligns with the defined architecture and best practices.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong background as a HubSpot Solution Architect or senior consultant focused on solution design within a HubSpot agency.
  • Deep platform expertise across HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs (Data Hub is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in pre-sales engagements.
  • HubSpot certifications and experience shaping multi-system, API-led integration solutions.
