With rapid expansion in their IT department, they are on the lookout for an experienced HubSpot Technical Consultant who has a background in overseeing CRM for lead generation within a business.


Role and Responsibilities:

As a HubSpot Technical Consultant, your primary role will involve configuring, optimizing, and managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub solutions for internal marketing and sales efforts. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand CRM and marketing automation needs and crafting HubSpot-based solutions to fulfil those requirements.
  • Customizing and configuring HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to align with internal business processes and objectives.
  • Offering expert guidance on inbound marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement using HubSpot best practices.
  • Developing and implementing HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and automation processes to enhance marketing and sales endeavours.
  • Providing training to team members on effective utilization of HubSpot tools and features.
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of the HubSpot implementation, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HubSpot, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Keeping updated on HubSpot platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure they benefit from the latest advancements.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Preferably, HubSpot Inbound Certification and HubSpot Solutions Partner certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for internal use.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on enhancing in-house operations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple internal projects concurrently.
  • A bonus if you have knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
