Steadman Hub are working with a leading Professional Services business headquartered in London, who are looking to hire a HubSpot experienced Training and Adoption Manager, to aid the further roll-out and utilisation of HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with teams of HubSpot users and department leads to identify pain points within the HubSpot processes.
- Create and deliver innovative training material to drive best practice throughout the platform.
- Actively champion HubSpot and HubSpot features to improve and aid the users responsibilities.
- Create and monitor User Adoption metrics, to ensure growth, and limit slippage.
- Educate and influence change of business processes to improve user and business efficiencies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with and delivering HubSpot training sessions and materials.
- Prior experience working on User Adoption led initiatives.
- Experience working within customised HubSpot using organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent relationships and rapport building skills.
- A persuasive personality, who can influence change.
