Steadman Hub are working with a leading Professional Services business headquartered in London, who are looking to hire a HubSpot experienced Training and Adoption Manager, to aid the further roll-out and utilisation of HubSpot.
This business have a global presence with teams of HubSpot users located across multiple continents.
HubSpot is their single source of truth across their Sales and Service functions, tightly connected to the marketing team, to give the business a complete 360 view of their new and existing client portfolio.
As the business continue to scale at rapid pace, and the technology team continuously develops and enhances the HubSpot platform, they believe it is key to have someone dedicated to educating, influencing and training the existing HubSpot users on the best way to use the platform for both their own gain, and business requirements.
Key requirements and responsibilities:
- Work with teams of HubSpot users and department leads to identify pain points within the HubSpot processes
- Create and deliver innovative training material to drive best practice throughout the platform
- Actively champion HubSpot and HubSpot features to improve and aid the users responsibilities
- Create and monitor User Adoption metrics, to ensure growth, and limit slippage
- Educate and influence change of business processes to improve user and business efficiencies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working with and delivering HubSpot training sessions and materials
- Prior experience working on User Adoption led initiatives
- Experience working within customised HubSpot using organisations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent relationships and rapport building skills
- A persuasive personality, who can influence change
