Steadman Hub have partnered with a fast-growing technology company that is transforming how modern organisations operate through data-driven systems, streamlined processes, and connected teams.
They are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist - a key role acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for all sales tools and processes. This position ensures seamless support across the revenue organisation, maintains data and booking integrity, and provides the reporting, insights, and system optimisation needed to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the SME for HubSpot, Salesforce, and Kimble/Kantata, managing opportunity setup, tool configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Maintain CRM and PSA data accuracy, oversee engagement and element setup, and support the win process through auditing, compliance checks, and escalation management.
- Own end-to-end commission management- quota setting, SIP creation, calculation accuracy, accruals, and quarter-end processing via Qobra.
- Produce high-quality reporting and insights, including HubSpot dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, quarter-end reports, and ongoing data governance.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or a similar operations-focused role.
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot; PSA experience with Kimble/Kantata preferred.
- Knowledge of commission structures and incentive plan administration.
- Highly analytical with strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and experience working across sales, finance, and delivery teams.
