As a Senior HubSpot Strategist, you’ll lead client strategy from discovery through to delivery, designing and executing complex HubSpot solutions that transform marketing, sales, and service performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping client success, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the agency’s continued growth and reputation as a HubSpot leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and discovery sessions with clients to define CRM, automation, and inbound strategies.
- Architect advanced HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Collaborate with technical, creative, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving measurable business impact through HubSpot.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a senior HubSpot consultancy or agency role.
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot architecture, including automation, data structure, and integrations.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into practical CRM and marketing automation solutions.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with confidence leading workshops and presenting strategies.
