Steadman Hub are exclusively working with a rapidly growing HubSpot agency with big ambitions to become the go-to partner for quality, high-performing HubSpot solutions is seeking a talented Senior HubSpot Strategist to join their expert team. 

Known for delivering data-driven, high-impact work for clients across B2B and technology sectors, the agency combines deep HubSpot expertise with a consultative, solutions-focused approach. They’re building a reputation for excellence - and they’re looking for someone who shares that same drive for quality, innovation, and results.

As a Senior HubSpot Strategist, you’ll lead client strategy from discovery through to delivery, designing and executing complex HubSpot solutions that transform marketing, sales, and service performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping client success, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the agency’s continued growth and reputation as a HubSpot leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and discovery sessions with clients to define CRM, automation, and inbound strategies.
  • Architect advanced HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Collaborate with technical, creative, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving measurable business impact through HubSpot.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a senior HubSpot consultancy or agency role.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot architecture, including automation, data structure, and integrations.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into practical CRM and marketing automation solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with confidence leading workshops and presenting strategies.
