Connor is our Lead Recruitment Consultant, overseeing the management of Steadman Hub's clients and candidates.

 I originally met Lewis whilst in my previous role as a CRM Recruitment Consultant. We both understood and questioned the lack of recruitment resources available for HubSpot professionals and their career progression, as well as those for HubSpot businesses looking to hire necessary talent. With HubSpot becoming one of the world's largest CRM's, the ecosystem needed a trustworthy voice for its recruitment needs.  

My day-to-day consists of helping talented HubSpot professionals take the next steps in their careers. With my extensive experience recruiting in the CRM world, I understand HubSpot, and can truly help you make the right career moves.  

I also deal with Steadman Hub clients, focusing on building strong relationships and guaranteeing successful recruitment processes. My knowledge of the HubSpot world means I get what clients are looking for, and I can help you build a team of strong professionals.
