Scarlett Saunders

Scarlett is the Operations Manager at Steadman Hub. Her main role is to oversee the day-to-day business processes, ensuring everything behind the scenes is always running smoothly.  

My role includes management of our daily operational activities and, essentially, making sure everything is functioning as well as it should at all times. Operations is very varied, ranging from looking after our marketing channels to financial activities or administrative tasks. Through marketing, I work with our marketing executive to ensure we are well established as the leading HubSpot Recruiters in the UK, as well as the consistent providers of key insights for HubSpot's user base. It is important that, as Operations Manager, I help deliver Steadman Hub's ethos through all appropriate channels. 

With everything running smoothly behind the scenes, it means our consultants spend more time dedicated to what matters - Helping the HubSpot ecosystem thrive.
