As the UK's Leading HubSpot recruitment agency, we're constantly asked, “Am I being paid enough?” or “What is the average salary?” It got us thinking about how many would benefit from some real-world data on the state of the UK HubSpot market.
So, to answer these questions truthfully, we released the HubSpot Salary Survey.
The purpose of the survey is to provide an outlook on employment and financial data for the HubSpot market. This data aims to benefit both HubSpot employees as well as companies, and develop market knowledge across HubSpot.
With this data, we aim to accurately present what 'average' looks like across different HubSpot professionals, ranging from salary, financial incentives and benefits, and analysis of which factors may have an impact. We also explore the non-financial aspects that make up HubSpot careers, including a dive into factors like gender, certifications and product knowledge.
