GROW?
If you're looking for that unique connection spot, GROW is the event for you. 2025’s event will be held at the Central Hall in Westminster, London. Its purpose is to guide new perspectives on Industry trends and help marketing, sales and service “grow” together. Focusing on their distinctive personal experience, GROW provides interactive training as well as talks from industry professionals. This year you can expect over a thousand network opportunities and 18 exceptional sessions held across a range of stages!
What can I do to prepare?
Create a personalised plan:
Creating your own personalised plan will not only save you time but will help you achieve your goals. Don't miss out on what's most important to your experience at GROW.
RESEARCH:
Look into the line up! There are so many speakers, attendees, and sessions throughout the day, make sure you've studied the agenda.
Download the App:
Make sure you’ve downloaded the event app to build your day. Here you can access maps, keep updated on the event's latest news and connect with other attendees.
Prepare your networking scheme:
Networking is a great tool to build your career identity, however, when on the spot it can be tough for insecure speakers. Planning ahead with what you might want to say to potential connections and bringing business cards are great resources to boost not only your confidence but your network.
What shall I do/bring to prepare?
This one’s more for you rather than the actual event, but is crucial to get you through your GROW day.
Making sure you're packed with water, snacks, and comfy shoes are all assets to heighten your performance and keep you going. Day events mean lots of walking, standing and conversing. Make that easier by packing and wearing these.
Know your schedule! This allows you to make the most of the event, and predetermine any unfortunate keynote crossovers.
Pack that pen and pad! You will be taking in a lot of information, bringing something to write on will help make sure you capture your key details.
What shall I do after the event?
Day events can sometimes be overwhelming and you may take in a lot of information. If you followed our steps you would have brought your pen and pad and wrote your notes! Go through your key learnings and use them towards your working and connections.
Making sure you do a follow up on the new connections you've made during the event is crucial. That was the aim of the event after all, right? Building your professional contact list can lead to new career opportunities and a strong brand for yourself.
Post-GROW events? Networking doesn't just stop at GROW. HubSpot conferences often have networking events to follow, so its always worth checking if any appeal to you!
