Thank you to everyone who has subscribed to our newsletter, we are excited to deliver the latest HubSpot news and insights. In the May instalment of our series, we will be diving into a range of announcements. Last month we were spoilt with event announcements, merger deals and more. Let’s get into the action.
INBOUND announcement
The line-up for INBOUND 2025 was announced in May. Amy Poehler, Dario Amodei, and Marques Brownlee are a few of the featured speakers announced. We are excited to hear their insights.
It’s an especially significant choice having Dario Amodei, CEO of anthropic and AI researcher, take the INBOUND stage. Amodei’s voice has been quite prominent throughout 2025, largely due to his statement that ‘AI will write all code for software engineers within a year’. Hopefully, his keynote will answer a lot of questions surrounding his thoughts on AI, and what its advancement means for HubSpotters.
As well as the yearly keynotes from co-founders Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah, there has been a plethora of top speakers at HubSpot's INBOUND Marketing Conference, all the way since its first event in 2011. One of the ways to measure the event's major growth is through these speakers.
Steadman Hub have created a rundown of the top guests, all the way from the very first conference. Though these are just a small number of the influential voices we've seen. Take a look here - INBOUND, a History of Guest Speakers
Six & Flow and Bright Digital merger
This isn’t the first time two HubSpot partners have joined forces to create a bigger company. In November 2024, three Elite HubSpot consultancies merged; Invise, Trialta and Webs. This was also done to become a HubSpot powerhouse, and their shared ambition for growth has meant it has been positive so far.
Six & Flow is a HubSpot Elite partner with around 50 experts working from locations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and South Africa. Over 50 certified HubSpot experts work with clients such as Autotrader, Ocado and University of Cambridge, and have delivered over 765 projects.
Bright Digital is a HubSpot consultancy based in the Netherlands and Denmark. With over 100 HubSpot experts, they can provide services including data migration, website development and marketing and sales solutions in over 15 countries and 12 sectors.
The two leaders have stated that the move to create this partnership has stemmed from an increase in demand to solve complex needs, and this is both technically and geographically. The partnership is expected to create foundations to allow knowledge, processes and technologies to be shared with the goal of increasing international reach and improving expertise. The objective that has been set by the newly partnered companies is to build a global HubSpot partner powerhouse that will take on new complex challenges in new places.
Expanding access to Breeze agents – HubSpot Credits
Breeze agents are being upgraded. Starting 2nd June 2025, the existing credits-based pricing system will be extended to Breeze Customer Agent. This means all Pro and Enterprise customers of Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Operations Hubs will be able to activate Breeze Customer Agent through HubSpot Credits.
Here is a breakdown of how the credits are distributed based on subscription:
- Pro: 3,000 credits
- Enterprise: 5,000 credits
- Additional credits are available starting at $10 per 1,000 credits
It should be noted that existing Pro and Enterprise Service Hub customers will move to the credits-based system on August 4, 2025.
AMA: Ask Me Anything
HubSpot announced a series of AMA (Ask me Anything) events, centred around their Breeze AI Agents. We know from last month's roundup, there was a huge focus on AI developments. The influx of new capabilities for their agents, such as content remix, will inevitably invite a lot of questions.
The first one was held 12-16th May and focused on Prospecting Agent. AMA events are community forums, open for a few days and for the public to ask any questions they may have about the new agents. Responses are given within 24h and any follow up questions are welcomed. This was a great move from HubSpot to address the uncertainty any updates could be causing.
There’s a couple coming up in June, one for Customer Agent & Knowledge Base Agent, and another on June 16-20th. Will you be attending?
Conclusion
That’s a wrap for the May edition of our HubSpot roundup! From the exciting INBOUND 2025 speaker line-up to the merger between Six & Flow and Bright Digital, it’s clear that the HubSpot ecosystem is rapidly evolving. The expansion of Breeze Agent access and the introduction of AMA sessions show HubSpot’s continued commitment to innovation and community engagement, and we are appreciative of their efforts to answer questions about increasing AI involvement.
We’re excited to keep bringing you the latest updates, insights, and opportunities to stay ahead in the world of HubSpot. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the upcoming AMA events in June - they’re a great chance to get your questions answered and connect with the HubSpot community.
