We’re already three months into 2026, and there’s been a real buzz in the HubSpot community. This month's roundup is bringing you our usual top product updates, as well as recent happenings in the HubSpot world, such as International Women's Day support and charity initiatives.

March Product Updates:

We're kickstarting this months roundup for all the HubSpot Marketeers out there. HubSpot has now introduced the full Canva design experience. Both have been integrated for a while, combining two of arguably the most popular marketing tools out there. However, this March it has become even more seamless... Pressing ‘design with Canva’ in HubSpot allows you to take your designs back and forth between applications with ease. Also, previously unavailable features such as brand kits, Canva AI, notes and more have been unlocked! This is a game changer for your marketing efficiency. 

Secondly, HubSpot for customer service has been upgraded. Your customers can now communicate further with AI chatbots by uploading screenshots to their conversations. This is huge for customer service teams, as AI can pinpoint user queries and complaints even more intricately. Hopefully, resolving more tickets than ever and before involvement from your customer service team is necessary. 

Last but not least we have some product updates for the HubSpot Admins. You can now set up your team's job titles in bulk, saving you time rather than manually going through each profile!

New HUG Host Applications

HubSpot User Groups (HUGs) are a brilliant way to upskill, network and open your HubSpot career horizons. This March, applications were collected for new HUG leaders. As it stands, there are a small number of UK&I based HUG’s, but we have a feeling there’s a very exciting announcement to come…

World Learning Week

On the topic of upskilling, HubSpot Academy also announced something exciting this March. From 1-5 June, World Learning Week is taking place. With the same concept as World Certification Week, HubSpot Academy pledged to donate up to $25,000 to education charities for every certification completed during this time. This is not only a brilliant incentive for you to get those certs, but supporting a brilliant cause. Some of the charities supported by WCW have been Teach For All as well as Laboratoria.

International Women's Day

March is the time for International Women’s Day, a dedicated celebration of women all over. For us at Steadman Hub, it gives us the opportunity to reflect on all the amazing women in HubSpot and technology as a whole. 

In the wider HubSpot community, CEO Yamini Rangan took to LinkedIn this IWD, sharing with us a simple message: be your best self. ‘Let’s empower women to be their authentic selves, whether they’re naturally confident and assertive, quiet and analytical, or anything in between.’ Rangan makes reference to how women often feel inclined to dim their personalities in order to fit in, but she encourages women everywhere to be their full, authentic selves. 

HubSpot Academy also put out an inspiring incentive, promoting the community to tag inspirational women in their comments.
