The HubSpot Monthly Roundup - October 2025

3 mins

It’s that time again for another HubSpot round-up, where we fill you in on October's latest updates and advancements. In this month’s feature, we break down HubSpot's AEO Grader going global, milestone moments, and the latest product updates.

Brand Update

HubSpot's community portal has been revitalised with new branding, including colours and logo changes, backend SEO updates, and a much smoother way around their website. There is also a new live resources and troubleshooting centre, meaning faster support and refined content. These new advancements are making it easier for users to find answers, stay informed, and engage more effectively with their ecosystem.

Multilingual AEO Grader

HubSpot's AEO (answer engine optimiser) is now supporting another 5 languages (French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Portuguese). You can now publish content globally and therefore access AI-visibility and SEO performance in your local language. This is great for users who want to expand their partnerships outside of their own countries, while also ensuring consistency across markets to facilitate local insights.

HubSpot’s Ecosystem Acceleration

The Marketplace has recently passed over 2000 apps, and 2.5 million active app installs, meaning integrations and our ecosystem tools are becoming a core focus for the marketers and operation teams. Just in this quarter alone, 88 new apps have been added and there’s been 18 key updates. Users have far more choice and flexibility, and it means more and more work is kept in the comfort of the CRM.

Product updates

  • Flexible CRM views

HubSpot is now allowing users to see their data in multiple formats. This includes anything from tables, boards, graphs, calendars, and even maps. This is to help teams view their data in a way that can specialise in what works for them. This will also assist different teams working from separate fields for the same project, making things easier to understand universally.

  • CRM Text and Hygiene Enhancements

We now have two new filtering operators (Contains Exactly, Does Exactly), white space removal (an automatic system that clears any unnecessary spaces in text fields), and casing formatting text for properties. This is creating ‘cleaner data’, meaning better segmentation, smarter lists, more precise automation, and sharper targeting in every campaign. This builds on the RevOps principles of clean, unified data.

Conclusion

Overall, we think October has had some groundbreaking new insights, and it's only going up from here. HubSpot is re-designing work environments for the better and helping teams move more efficiently than before. A fresh design to their website was a great tool to bring more attention to their systems as we move closer to 2026. The redesign of the portal shows that HubSpot are constantly focusing on their users' experience, and the importance they place on the community.
