The Loop

I'm sure everyone is aware of Hubspot's new software, The Loop. To give you a short run-down, The Loop is essentially a continuous cycle that assists and prompts new approaches to your marketing strategies. It has four key responsibilities: Express, Tailor, Amplify, Evolve. These are all parts that play a vital role in your strategies, to help you understand who you or your company are, drive growth in your business, and keep on the right track using AI-tools. HubSpot users were extremely excited for the new software, and it has been described as a “game changer”.

Another pivotal announcement to this month's feature has been the build for Hybrid human-AI teams. Created with three essential steps - To connect with your data, enable your people, and build your AI team. The system has been released to create efficiency and reduce the risk of ‘burnout’. HubSpot wants to create a system of work smarter, not harder, and using human-AI tools can help businesses with the next steps to their company decisions and strategies. Users have a mixed barrel of opinions on the new ideas, mainly positive; however, some are concerned about costs and data quality.

Data hub, Breeze Agents, & AI‑powered CPQ

  1. Data hub - What was once known as Operations Hub, this new software is cleaning and unifying data across all systems. It allows users to integrate structured, unstructured, and external data. Inside tools include Data Studio and Data quality tools, all using AI technology. It’s improving segmentation, reporting, and creating a more reliable service for our marketing strategies.

  2. Breeze Agents - These AI-powered “team mates” have the purpose of taking over those repetitive or data-filled tasks across several marketing areas. Customer, prospecting, data, and content are all breeze agent examples, helping users with their heavy workloads and allowing businesses to focus on their relationships, strategies, and top priorities.

  3. AI-powered CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) - What's new?

  • Quotes can now be created automatically, using deal context and conversation history, saving time and simplifying proposals.

  • The system is able to use 24/7, meaning questions and concerns can be answered at all times, helping reduce the sales flow.

  • You'll now be notified when adjustments or views of quotes have been made, which will help you time your follow-up system accordingly.

CRM enhancements

  • The new ‘smart CRM insights’ have been highlighted this September. With its possibilities, AI-generated insights from transmission to aid teams in identifying vital information and engaging changes in family, member, or student records.

  • HubSpot admins can now use ‘Data Model Templates’ to configure their CRM using industry-specific properties, predefined objects, and association labels.

  • HubSpot is now supporting new data ‘management objects’ to allow a much wider range of data. This includes - Courses, listings, services, and appointments.

Conclusion

Overall, we think September has been a great month of events and enhancements for the rest of our 2025. AI technology is still the pinpoint of how our ecosystem is growing and heading in the right direction for our CRM capabilities. Who knows what October will bring for us!
