The HubSpot Monthly Roundup is here, September edition! We’re taking you through a plethora of updates and news, keep reading to find out more.
The Fall Spotlight has been released!
Each year, HubSpot gives us the Spring Spotlight and the Fall Spotlight (Autumn for our UK friends!) which gives us new product updates to sink our teeth into. This Autumn we were given two updates we’re particularly excited about.
The first and probably the update everyone’s talking about is the new Breeze assistant, this is essentially your ultimate AI assistant that puts all the other agents to work. The Breeze Assistant embodies a lot of the latest HubSpot discourse, where we have fewer Agents but more purposeful action. If used correctly, the new Breeze Assistant allows for a self updating CRM which is super exciting, but, we all know the most important step here is reliable data.
This then brings us on to another exciting update, the context home. HubSpot’s context home gives you tips on how to optimise your CRM’s data for your agents. For instance, are you missing context or vital information? Could your agents be doing a much better job if these fields were filled in?
A lot of the updates in the Spotlight reduce manual work, allowing your teams to lessen their admin and focus on what they do best. View the full spotlight here to see more: Fall 2026 Spotlight
HubSpot and OpenAI deepen their partnership
We all know HubSpot was the first CRM to launch with ChatGPT. Now, it’s the first to integrate with ChatGPT ads! In the age of AEO, ChatGPT has become an increasingly popular means of searchability, so it makes complete sense for us to access this through our CRM like any other lead generation source.
HubSpot allows you to also track the performance of ChatGPT ads against your other advert channels, and track which of your contacts are interacting with your ads.
Would you click on an advert through ChatGPT?
UNBOUND 2026
The first ever UNBOUND took place this September, giving us three days of ideas, community and connections. With an event so full of conversations, we’ve found it hard to pinpoint our favourite moments. But, we’ve done our best to condense it to a few.
Our keynote highlights:
The main keynote highlighted how we are in the era of AI outcomes. It posed the question to businesses using loads of AI tools, are they actually giving you measurable results?
In a time with so many products on the market, it's so easy to want the shiniest product. However, what we really need to be doing is measuring and understanding the outcomes of these tools. Otherwise, you’re left with loads of flashy products that don’t actually give you much back.
We also loved the keynote from Mel Robbins. Titled the 5 second rule, Robbins gave her technique for overcoming hesitation. In both our professional and personal lives, we’re all guilty of pausing way too much before decisions we know we want to make. The 5 second rule prompts you to count back from 5, then physically do the thing before you talk yourself out of it. We loved the personal touch this keynote had on its audience, and was definitely an UNBOUND highlight.
Lastly, we have to give Dharmesh Shah a mention, where he spoke about one of the fundamental concepts for optimal AI use. Very much relevant to some of our Fall Spotlight updates; Horsepower, Harness and Human are all key components to properly work with your agents. This means the right tools, context and human skills make the perfect mix!
We had a lot of our UK Partners and customers in Boston for UNBOUND this year, which was brilliant to see. For the first event under its new brand, UNBOUND certainly didn’t disappoint. We’ve already got dates for 2027 in the diary, and it looks like pre-sale has already sold out...
September at Steadman Hub
A September success we’re proud of was helping one of our HubSpot Partners make multiple hires throughout the month. A lot of the time, businesses don’t have the time dedicated to hiring HubSpot talent, our job is to make the process quick and easy. Especially for HubSpot Partners, attracting the right talent in a competitive market can be tough - our aim is to make it that bit easier!
On the topic of hiring, we also introduced our Business Development Manager, Aidan McErlain, to the Steadman Hub team. Aidan’s been a strong asset already, and we can’t wait to help even more businesses hire HubSpot talent. If you’re curious to see what it looks like to work with Steadman Hub, get in touch.
That’s all for the September HubSpot monthly roundup. We wonder what October will bring!
