The August HubSpot Monthly roundup is here! As usual, we’re bringing you updates across the HubSpot world. From products, ecosystem news and market insights, make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter.
The UNBOUND countdown:
In the HubSpot world, August is all about the leadup to UNBOUND, HubSpot’s flagship event. 2026 is a particularly exciting year for the conference as it’s the first year under a new name. Since 2011, the conference has been known as INBOUND, but in a new era of AI and continuous growth, HubSpot felt this was better reflected under the new name - UNBOUND.
UNBOUND represents limitless possibilities, boundless connections and growth with HubSpot.
August also allowed us to see long-awaited details about the event. Allowing attendees to build their schedule, and giving us an insight into what’s expected at the sold-out conference. Some of our favourites so far include:
Cynthia Erivo:
Perhaps best known for her role in Wicked, she’s taking the stage at UNBOUND this September to run us through exactly how she built her brand. We’ll hear all about the decisions behind her work and how she’s achieved success.
Kimberly Storin:
Storin leads the global marketing and communications at Zoom. We’ve all heard of Zoom, but interestingly, this talk is about growing past the brand you’re known for. Her session will be all about how to develop your brand consistently, and establish new meanings beyond what you’re typically known for.
Dale Bertrand:
Dale is the President at Fire&Spark, and he is an SEO specialist. As an SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Specialist in the age of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), we’re excited to see what this talk entails.
Overall, we’ve got multiple keynotes on our list and we can’t wait to tune in! If you’re curious to see how INBOUND 25’ went, read our rundown.
HubSpot GROW:
The leadup to UNBOUND is super exciting, but also got us talking about HubSpot GROW for the UK community. GROW is the Europe equivalent to UNBOUND, it’s a great opportunity to gather the ecosystem and talk about all things HubSpot.
Although, influenced by the exciting leadup to UNBOUND, we’ve had some interesting discourse about just how community focused GROW is. With high prices (£425) to the conference, we’re keen to gather opinions on how accessible this is for HubSpotters. Could cheaper or even free tickets could ever be on the horizon?
Goodbye Solutions Provider Tier:
August 15 was the last chance for HubSpot Solutions Providers to upgrade their tier, before we say goodbye to the badge once and for all. The Solutions Provider status mostly applied to smaller agencies, with a significantly cheaper subscription and lesser requirements than their official Partner Program.
Response to this decision was actually very mixed. In reading community forums, it seems that Partners paying high fees are mostly pro erasing the tier, as it makes the Partner badge more exclusive and reputable to obtain.
However, for smaller consultancies and contactors, this was a more negative decision. Many freelancers can’t afford the expensive fees, but wish to remain operating like a Partner.
Have you been affected by this change?
August Product Updates:
As per, we’ve collated our top product updates for August. An official list is also available to view on the HubSpot website if you’re interested in all the other monthly HubSpot updates.
Marketing:
AI Capability in your social posts is expanding, based on existing data in your video library, HubSpot now recommends clips to add. Giving you ideas without having to search.
HubSpot also allows you to place caps on email frequency limits to individual brands. This stops you from overloading emails to the same company, or multiple members of your business emailing at once.
As the AI partnership with Claude continues to grow, you can now build landing pages in Claude design and push them to HubSpot.
Finance teams:
Breeze now prioritises your invoices based on revenue impact. This allows finance teams to put their effort into the highest paying accounts, where it makes most sense to spend time.
Breeze can also create your payment links for you. It’s simple: describe what you want out of the full lifecycle, and breeze will take care of the rest.
You’re also now able to remove outdated payment details from a company record, without having to raise a ticket, making things much more speedy and accessible.
It seems like HubSpot is listening to customer feedback, making things super easy for your individual teams so they can get things done, and lean on Breeze Agents when necessary.
