About this event
This session will be centred around three key parts: Steadman Hub’s perspective on breaking into, attracting, and retaining the HubSpot Admin role.
The first section, Breaking In, will take a look at how candidates often get into the HubSpot industry. We’ll here give examples of different stories, both following the ‘typical’ and atypical trajectories. We’ll also touch on how and where previous, non-industry related skillsets can really help you excel in your HubSpot role.
The Attracting section will focus on how to ultimately sell yourself as a HubSpot Administrator, in order to make yourself seen and heard when job hunting. This will also expand into recognising the value of your skills as an Administrator, and how and where they can be used in various settings/companies to further your career.
The Retaining section provides a different outlook, where we focus on how businesses employing a HubSpot Admin can ensure their talent is retained. This section advises how as a business, you can ensure your HubSpot Administrator is provided an optimal environment for growth and development. For the Administrator, this also gives a clear picture on what they could want or expect from different orgs.
Overall, the session is shaped to give a full 360 view of the HubSpot Administrator job role, from breaking into the scene, understanding you possess the skills, to then taking the next step. It also prompts wider thought how companies can get the most out of their HubSpot Admins.
